Michigan High School Basketball - Alanson holds off Mackinaw City
February 4, 2025: Alanson, MI 49706 The Alanson Vikings basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Mackinaw City Comets to 42 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now possess a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Harbor Light Christian for a Northern Lakes game on Friday, February 7. Alanson will confront a Swordsmen team coming off a 90-12 league win over Boyne Falls (Boyne Falls, MI). The Swordsmen record now stands at 13-2.
With the loss, Mackinaw City falls to 7-9 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Boyne Falls (Boyne Falls, MI) to confront the Loggers in a Northern Lakes game on Friday, February 7.
