Michigan High School Basketball - Lawton nips Allegan
February 4, 2025: Allegan, MI 49010 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Lawton Blue Devils basketball team scored a close 42-41 win over the Allegan Tigers.
The Blue Devils now possess a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Hackett Catholic Prep for a Southwestern - Valley bout on Friday, February 7. Lawton will play a Fighting Irish team coming off a 64-53 non-league loss to South Haven (South Haven, MI). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 9-7.
With the loss, Allegan falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Tigers host Coloma (Coloma, MI) to play the Comets in a non-league bout on Friday, February 7. The Comets go into the bout with a record of 10-5. Coloma won 73-21 in their recent non-league bout against Constantine (Constantine, MI)
