In Tuesday's league contest, the host Hellgate Knights basketball team scored a close 61-57 triumph over the Big Sky Eagles.

The Knights (9-3) will now prepare for their contest against Butte (Butte, MT). The Bulldogs go into the AA Western contest with a 8-4 record.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Sentinel Spartans (Missoula, MT) in a AA Western contest, on Friday, February 7. Big Sky will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record.
