The Bryan Bears basketball squad (Omaha, NE), was outscored 60-47 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Fremont Tigers (Fremont, NE)

With the victory, Fremont advances its record to 9-8 on the year. The Tigers host Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE) to meet the Monarchs in a A District 5 battle on Friday, February 7. The Monarchs enter the battle with a record of 8-10. Papillion-LaVista lost 74-64 in their recent league battle against Lincoln Southeast (Lincoln, NE)

The Bears now own a 0-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bellevue East for a A District 3 battle on Friday, February 7. Bryan will meet a Chieftains squad coming off a 62-51 non-league loss to Omaha North (Omaha, NE). The Chieftains record now stands at 5-11.
