In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Lima Central Catholic Thunderbirds basketball team scored a big 70-39 triumph over the Celina Bulldogs.

The Thunderbirds (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Crestview (Convoy, OH). The Knights go into the Northwest contest with a 15-3 record. In their last contest, Crestview smashed Hicksville (Hicksville, OH), 68-30, in a non-league contest.
