February 4, 2025: Watertown, WI 53094 Lake Mills L-Cats (Lake Mills, WI) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Luther Prep Phoenix (Watertown, WI), 76-48 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Lake Mills upgrades its record to 16-3 on the year. The L-Cats travel to Lake Country Classical Academy (Oconomowoc, WI) to face the Sentinels in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 5. The Sentinels enter the match with a record of 9-6. Lake Country Classical Academy won 75-35 in their recent non-league match against Holy Redeemer (Milwaukee, WI)
The Phoenix now sport a 5-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to University School of Milwaukee for a Midwest Classic match on Friday, February 7. Luther Prep will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 78-61 league win over Heritage Christian (New Berlin, WI). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-5.
