With the victory, Mansfield upgrades its record to 15-18 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Red River (Coushatta, LA) to face the Bulldogs in a 2A District 3 match on Thursday, February 6. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 22-8. Red River won 72-27 in their recent league match against Many (Many, LA)
The Warriors now sport a 3-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Winnfield for a 2A District 3 match on Friday, February 7. Lakeside will face a Tigers squad coming off a 66-48 non-league loss to Ruston (Ruston, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 11-9.
