The Lewis County Minutemen defeated the host Lincoln Cougars basketball squad by a final score of 80-69 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Minutemen clash with the Greenbrier East Spartans (Lewisburg, WV) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, February 8. Lewis County will attempt to upgrade on its 7-7 season record. The Spartans come into the outing with a 9-6 record after their 60-47 non-league win over Nicholas County (Summersville, WV).
