The Monticello Magic were victorious over the visiting Princeton Tigers basketball squad by a final score of 85-67 in Tuesday's league outing.

Next, the Magic face the Rocori Spartans (Cold Spring, MN) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, February 6. Monticello will attempt to upgrade on its 17-3 season record. The Spartans enter the outing with a 6-12 record after their 75-61 league loss to Fergus Falls (Fergus Falls, MN).
