New Mexico High School Basketball - Sandia routs Santa Fe
February 4, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87110 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Sandia Matadors basketball team scored a big 64-40 triumph over the Santa Fe Demons.
The Matadors (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM). The Bears go into the non-league contest with a 11-1 record. In their last contest, La Cueva smashed Manzano (Albuquerque, NM), 82-22, in a non-league battle.
The Demons now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Capital for a non-league battle on Friday, February 7. Santa Fe will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 58-37 non-league loss to Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-11.
