In Tuesday's non-league test, the Warner Monarchs (Warner, SD) basketball squad defeated the visiting Faulkton Trojans (Faulkton, SD), by a final score of 49-40.

Next, the Monarchs clash with the Leola/Frederick Titans (Leola, SD) in a B Region 1 test, on Thursday, February 6. Warner will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Titans come into the test with a 5-12 record after their 50-18 non-league loss to Ipswich (Ipswich, SD).
