With the victory, Platte County upgrades its record to 11-6 on the year. The Pirates travel to Ruskin (Kansas City, MO) to face the Golden Eagles in a Freelance match on Thursday, February 6. The Golden Eagles enter the match with a record of 0-17. Ruskin lost 34-22 in their recent non-league match against Chrisman (Independence, MO)
The Indians now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grain Valley for a Suburban - White match on Friday, February 7. Fort Osage will face a Eagles squad coming off a 78-31 non-league win over Raytown (Raytown, MO). The Eagles record now stands at 17-1.
