February 4, 2025: Myrtle Point, OR 97458 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Myrtle Point Bobcats (Myrtle Point, OR) and the visiting Reedsport (Reedsport, OR), observed Myrtle Point's basketball team overwhelm Reedsport by a score of 58-28.
The Bobcats (17-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Bandon (Bandon, OR). The Tigers come into the 2A Sunset challenge with a 17-6 record. In their last challenge, Bandon trounced Oakland (Oakland, OR), 44-30, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the encounter the Illinois Valley Cougars (Cave Junction, OR) in a 2A Sunset challenge, on Wednesday, February 5. Reedsport will attempt to improve on its 2-16 season record.
