Michigan High School Ice Hockey - Negaunee succumbs to Hancock
February 4, 2025: Hancock, MI 49930 Hancock Bulldogs (Hancock, MI) backers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they observed their ice hockey squad achieve victory over the visiting Negaunee Miners (Negaunee, MI), 8-0 in a non-league game.
With the win, Hancock moves its record to 7-11 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Houghton (Houghton, MI) to confront the Gremlins in a Lake Superior game on Saturday, February 8. The Gremlins enter the game with a record of 12-9. Houghton lost 4-3 in their recent non-league game against Powers Catholic (Flint, MI)
The Miners now possess a 5-14 record. They play next when they travel to St. Francis for a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. Negaunee will confront a Gladiators squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Petoskey (Petoskey, MI). The Gladiators record now stands at 7-9.
