The Eagles (9-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO). The Trojans come into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Fountain-Fort Carson prevailed over Liberty (Colorado Springs, CO), 48-33, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans encounter the Pueblo West Cyclones (Pueblo West, CO) in a challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Doherty will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Cyclones come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 80-35 non-league win over Rampart (Colorado Springs, CO).
