Texas High School Soccer - The Colony toppled by Highland Park
February 4, 2025: The Colony, TX 75056 Highland Park Scots (Dallas, TX) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host The Colony Cougars (The Colony, TX), 7-1 in a league test.
With the triumph, Highland Park advances its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Scots host Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX) to clash with the Trojans in a 5A Region 2 District 12 test on Friday, February 7. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 1-10. Newman Smith lost 6-1 in their recent league test against Reedy (Frisco, TX)
The Cougars now have a 1-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to Creekview for a 5A Region 2 District 12 test on Friday, February 7. The Colony will clash with a Mustangs team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Wakeland (Frisco, TX). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-9.
