The Cape Fear Colts basketball team (Fayetteville, NC), was toppled 72-63 in Saturday's league battle with the host Seventy-First Falcons (Fayetteville, NC)

The Falcons now possess a 17-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lumberton for a 3A/4A Conference 22 battle on Tuesday, February 8. Seventy-First will confront a Pirates team coming off a 69-31 league win over Douglas Byrd (Fayetteville, NC). The Pirates record now stands at 16-4.
