The Olmsted Falls Bulldogs basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Avon Eagles to 48 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Saturday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Steele for a Southwestern contest on Wednesday, February 9. Olmsted Falls will battle a Comets team coming off a 34-32 league loss to Avon Lake (Avon Lake, OH). The Comets record now stands at 5-13.

The Eagles (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Berea-Midpark (Berea, OH). The Titans enter the Southwestern contest with a 15-6 record. In their last contest, Berea-Midpark triumphed over Norton (Norton, OH), 68-37, in a non-league contest.
