Vermont High School Basketball - Mount Anthony nips Woodstock
February 5, 2022: Woodstock, VT 05091 Mount Anthony Patriots (Bennington, VT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Woodstock Wasps (Woodstock, VT), 39-38 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mount Anthony upgrades its record to 2-8 on the season. The Patriots host Burr & Burton (Manchester, VT) to play the Bulldogs in a Marble Valley - A bout on Wednesday, February 9. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-17. Burr & Burton lost 63-22 in their recent non-league bout against Windsor (Windsor, VT)
Next up, the Wasps play the Otter Valley Otters (Brandon, VT) in a Marble Valley - B bout, on Saturday, February 12. Woodstock will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record.
