Minnesota High School Basketball - Blue Earth holds off St. Clair
February 5, 2024: Blue Earth, MN 56013 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Blue Earth Buccaneers (Blue Earth, MN) and the visiting St. Clair Cyclones (St. Clair, MN), saw Blue Earth's basketball squad hold off St. Clair by a tally of 84-78.
With the victory, Blue Earth improves its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Buccaneers host New Ulm (New Ulm, MN) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 9. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 13-7.
Next up, the Cyclones confront the Loyola/Kato (Mankato, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 6. St. Clair will attempt to improve on its 11-10 season record. The come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 65-62 league win over Cleveland (Cleveland, MN).
