Oregon High School Basketball - Crane crushes Long Creek
February 5, 2024: Long Creek, OR 97856 Crane Mustangs (Crane, OR) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Long Creek Mountaineers (Long Creek, OR), 92-24 in a league bout.
With the win, Crane upgrades its record to 22-2 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Nixyaawii Community (Pendleton, OR) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 8. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 16-3.
Next up, the Mountaineers clash with the Dayville/Monument Tigers (Dayville, OR) in a 1A High Desert bout, on Friday, February 9. Long Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 1-18 record after their 64-43 league loss to Four Rivers (Ontario, OR).
