Louisiana High School Basketball - Crescent City Christian overwhelms Varnado
February 5, 2024: Angie, LA 70426 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Crescent City Christian Pioneers (Metairie, LA) and the host Varnado Wildcats (Angie, LA), saw Crescent City Christian's basketball squad wallop Varnado by a tally of 110-36.
With the victory, Crescent City Christian improves its record to 18-8 on the campaign. The Pioneers host King Charter (New Orleans, LA) to confront the Jaguar in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Jaguar come into the challenge with a record of 11-12. King Charter lost 75-66 in their recent non-league challenge against East Jefferson (Metairie, LA)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the West St. John Rams (Edgard, LA) in a 1A District 10 challenge, on Friday, February 9. Varnado will attempt to improve on its 5-16 season record.
