February 5, 2024: Boerne, TX 78003 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Sunnybrook Christian Lions (San Antonio, TX) and the host Vanguard Christian Knights (Boerne, TX), saw Sunnybrook Christian's basketball squad wallop Vanguard Christian by a tally of 100-42.
With the victory, Sunnybrook Christian improves its record to 22-2 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Lifegate Christian (Seguin, TX) to confront the Falcons in a TCAL challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 11-9. Lifegate Christian won 46-32 in their recent non-league challenge against New Braunfels Thunder (New Braunfels, TX)
Next up, the Knights confront the McCauley Christian Academy Warriors (San Antonio, TX) in a TCAL challenge, on Thursday, February 8. Vanguard Christian will attempt to improve on its 14-7 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 12-11 record after their 58-42 non-league win over Town East Christian (San Antonio, TX).
