California High School Basketball - Linden holds off Stagg
February 5, 2024: Linden, CA 95236 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Linden Lions (Linden, CA) and the visiting Stagg Delta Kings (Stockton, CA), saw Linden's basketball squad hold off Stagg by a tally of 54-47.
With the victory, Linden improves its record to 8-18 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA) to confront the Cougars in a San Joaquin Athletic Association challenge on Wednesday, February 7. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 23-3. Weston Ranch won 124-34 in their recent league challenge against Franklin (Stockton, CA)
Next up, the Delta Kings confront the Chavez Titans (Stockton, CA) in a San Joaquin Athletic Association challenge, on Wednesday, February 7. Stagg will attempt to improve on its 2-24 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 11-16 record after their 59-52 league win over McNair (Stockton, CA).
