Alaska High School Basketball - Wasilla tops Colony
February 5, 2024: Wasilla, AK 99654 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Wasilla Warriors (Wasilla, AK) and the visiting Colony Knights (Palmer, AK), saw Wasilla's basketball squad knock off Colony by a tally of 61-48.
With the victory, Wasilla improves its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Bettye Davis East Anchorage (Anchorage, AK) to play the Thunderbirds in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 10. The Thunderbirds come into the challenge with a record of 8-3.
Next up, the Knights play the Soldotna Stars (Soldotna, AK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 9. Colony will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record.
