Missouri High School Basketball - Archie trounces Jasper
February 5, 2024: Archie, MO 64725 The Archie Whirlwinds (Archie, MO) basketball crushed the visiting Jasper Eagles (Jasper, MO), 64-34 in Monday's league test.
The Whirlwinds (16-5) will now prepare for their test against Sherwood (Creighton, MO). The Marksmen go into the non-league test with a 7-15 record. In their last test, Sherwood was trounced by Leeton (Leeton, MO), 49-31, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 13-6 record. They play next when they host Appleton City for a Western Missouri test on Tuesday, February 6. Jasper will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 60-32 non-league loss to El Dorado Springs (El Dorado Springs, MO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 18-3.
