The Meridian Trojans basketball team scored 38 points and held the visiting Mt. Baker Mountaineers to 25 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Monday.

The Trojans now sport a 3-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nooksack Valley for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 7. Meridian will meet a Pioneers team coming off a 72-30 league win over Sehome (Bellingham, WA). The Pioneers record now stands at 16-1.
