The St. Mary's Lancers basketball squad (Lancaster, NY), was crushed 65-29 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Canisius Crusaders (Buffalo, NY)

With the victory, Canisius advances its record to 18-3 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Bishop Timon-St. Jude (Buffalo, NY) to meet the Tigers in a Monsignor Martin battle on Friday, February 7. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 14-4. Bishop Timon-St. Jude lost 66-61 in their recent league battle against St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute (Buffalo, NY)
