February 5, 2025: Minneapolis, MN 55410 The Minneapolis Southwest Lakers (Minneapolis, MN) basketball edged the visiting Roseville Raiders (Roseville, MN), 62-57 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Lakers now possess a 8-8 record. They play next when they travel to Robbinsdale Armstrong for a AAAA Section 6 bout on Friday, February 7. Minneapolis Southwest will play a Falcons team coming off a 105-86 non-league win over Coon Rapids (Coon Rapids, MN). The Falcons record now stands at 5-15.
With the loss, Roseville falls to 6-13 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Mounds View (Arden Hills, MN) to play the Mustangs in a AAAA Section 5 bout on Friday, February 7. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 13-5. Mounds View won 77-33 in their recent non-league bout against Hermantown (Hermantown, MN)
