February 5, 2025: Gurnee, IL 60031 Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Mundelein Mustangs (Mundelein, IL), 68-40 in a league match.
With the victory, Warren Township upgrades its record to 18-8 on the year. The Blue Devils host Stevenson (Lincolnshire, IL) to face the Patriots in a North Suburban match on Friday, February 7. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 17-8. Stevenson won 41-38 in their recent league match against Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL)
The Mustangs now sport a 9-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Zurich for a North Suburban match on Friday, February 7. Mundelein will face a Bears squad coming off a 45-42 league win over Zion-Benton (Zion, IL). The Bears record now stands at 12-13.
