Idaho High School Basketball - Oakley overwhelms Shoshone
February 5, 2025: Shoshone, ID 83352 The Oakley Hornets basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host Shoshone Indians to 32 in the Hornets league triumph on Wednesday.
The Hornets now have a 14-3 record. They play next when they travel to Grace for a non-league game on Saturday, February 8. Oakley will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 39-36 non-league win over Cokeville (Cokeville, WY). The Grizzlies record now stands at 7-12.
With the loss, Shoshone falls to 2-12 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Raft River (Malta, ID) to confront the Trojans in a 2A Snake River game on Monday, February 10. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 7-10. Raft River won 52-49 in their recent league game against Murtaugh (Murtaugh, ID)
