Oregon High School Basketball - Nelson holds off Barlow
February 5, 2025: Gresham, OR 97080 In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Nelson basketball team scored a close 54-52 triumph over the Barlow Bruins.
The (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Reynolds (Troutdale, OR). The Raiders go into the 6A Mt. Hood contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, Reynolds was tipped by Central Catholic (Portland, OR), 78-13, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bruins confront the David Douglas Scots (Portland, OR) in a 6A Mt. Hood contest, on Friday, February 7. Barlow will attempt to better on its 8-8 season record. The Scots go into the contest with a 5-12 record after their 74-58 league loss to Clackamas (Clackamas, OR).
