The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Traverse City Central Trojans (Traverse City, MI) and the visiting Big Rapids Cardinals (Big Rapids, MI), witnessed Traverse City Central's ice hockey team defeat Big Rapids by a final score of 6-3.

The Trojans (10-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Gaylord (Gaylord, MI). The Blue Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 1-17 record.

In their next game, the Cardinals battle the Lakeview Huskies (St. Clair Shores, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 7. Big Rapids will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record.
