February 7, 2025: St. Clair Shores, MI 48081 In Friday's non-league test, the Big Rapids Cardinals (Big Rapids, MI) ice hockey squad tipped the host Lakeview Huskies (St. Clair Shores, MI), by a tally of 4-3.
Next, the Cardinals face the Garber Dukes (Essexville, MI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 8. Big Rapids will attempt to improve on its 9-12 season record. The Dukes come into the test with a 15-6 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Richard (Riverview, MI).
The Huskies (12-10) will now prepare for their test against Romeo (Romeo, MI). The Bulldogs come into the non-league test with a 11-8 record. In their last test, Romeo nudged L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI), 5-4, in a league test.
