North Carolina High School Basketball - Kinston thwarts South Lenoir
February 5, 2025: Deep Run, NC 28525 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Kinston Vikings (Kinston, NC) and the host South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC), observed Kinston's basketball team knock off South Lenoir by a score of 66-53.
The Vikings (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record.
In their next game, the Blue Devils encounter the East Duplin Panthers (Beulaville, NC) in a challenge, on Thursday, February 6. South Lenoir will attempt to improve on its 7-8 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 15-2 record after their 46-42 non-league win over North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC).
