February 6, 2023: New Orleans, LA 70126 The Benjamin Franklin Falcons basketball team (New Orleans, LA), was overwhelmed 80-59 in Monday's league battle with the host Carver Collegiate Academy Rams (New Orleans, LA)
The Rams now possess a 17-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Abramson for a 4A District 11 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Carver Collegiate Academy will confront a Commodores team coming off a 50-26 league loss to Warren Easton (New Orleans, LA). The Commodores record now stands at 6-11.
The Falcons (7-14) will now prepare for their battle against Lutheran (Metairie, LA). The Gryphons come into the non-league battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Lutheran was overwhelmed by Phoenix (Braithwaite, LA), 57-49, in a league battle.
