February 6, 2023: Centerville, SD 57014 The Centerville Tornadoes (Centerville, SD) basketball nipped the visiting Chester Flyers (Chester, SD), 49-48 in Monday's non-league test.
The Tornadoes (6-7) will now prepare for their test against Menno (Menno, SD). The Wolves go into the B Region 4 test with a 3-12 record. In their last test, Menno was tipped by Canistota (Canistota, SD), 55-34, in a non-league test.
The Flyers now own a 5-12 record. They play next when they host Oldham-Ramona/Rutland for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7. Chester will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 69-47 non-league loss to Mitchell Christian (Mitchell, SD). The Raiders record now stands at 1-14.
