February 6, 2023: Charleston, SC 29403 The Lowcountry Leadership NaviGators basketball team (Hollywood, SC), was overwhelmed 65-30 in Monday's league battle with the host Charleston Math & Science Riptide (Charleston, SC)
The Riptide now possess a 12-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Burke for a A Region 8 battle on Wednesday, February 8. Charleston Math & Science will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 69-52 league win over Military Magnet Academy (North Charleston, SC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-11.
The NaviGators (3-17) will now prepare for their battle against Palmetto Scholars Academy (North Charleston, SC). The Phoenix come into the A Region 8 battle with a 2-18 record. In their last battle, Palmetto Scholars Academy was overwhelmed by St. John's (John's Island, SC), 45-42, in a league battle.
