February 6, 2023: Stephan, SD 57346 In Monday's league outing, the Mobridge-Pollock Tigers (Mobridge, SD) basketball squad edged the host Crow Creek Chieftains (Stephan, SD), by a count of 64-60.
The Tigers (8-7) will now prepare for their outing against Sully Buttes (Onida, SD). The Chargers go into the non-league outing with a 4-10 record. In their last outing, Sully Buttes held off Herreid/Selby (Herreid, SD), 48-44, in a league outing.
The Chieftains now hold a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Chamberlain for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 7. Crow Creek will clash with a Cubs squad coming off a 65-50 league loss to Mt. Vernon/Plankinton (Mt. Vernon, SD). The Cubs record now stands at 5-9.
