Michigan High School Basketball - Alma ripped by Freeland
February 6, 2024: Freeland, MI 48623 The Freeland Falcons basketball team scored 67 points and held the visiting Alma Panthers to 41 in the Falcons league triumph on Tuesday.
The Falcons now sport a 15-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Birch Run for a Tri-Valley - Red contest on Friday, February 9. Freeland will meet a Panthers team coming off a 52-39 league loss to Frankenmuth (Frankenmuth, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 5-12.
The Panthers (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Garber (Essexville, MI). The Dukes enter the Tri-Valley - Red contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Garber was routed by Swan Valley (Saginaw, MI), 52-50, in a league contest.
