In their next game, the Goldbugs meet the Newkirk Tigers (Newkirk, OK) in a 89er - West match, on Thursday, February 8. Alva will attempt to move on its 14-6 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 1-20 record after their 84-44 non-league loss to Frontier (Red Rock, OK).
Next up, the Boomers confront the Duncan Demons (Duncan, OK) in a Freelance challenge, on Friday, February 9. Woodward will attempt to improve on its 10-11 season record. The Demons come into the challenge with a 2-18 record after their 45-42 non-league win over Elk City (Elk City, OK).
