South Dakota High School Basketball - Roosevelt tops Brookings
February 6, 2024: Brookings, SD 57006 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Roosevelt Rough Riders (Sioux Falls, SD) and the host Brookings Bobcats (Brookings, SD), saw Roosevelt's basketball squad knock off Brookings by a count of 62-44.
With the victory, Roosevelt upgrades its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Rough Riders host Watertown (Watertown, SD) to play the Arrows in a AA challenge on Friday, February 9. The Arrows come into the challenge with a record of 8-7. Watertown lost 58-47 in their recent league challenge against Jefferson (Sioux Falls, SD)
Next up, the Bobcats play the Jefferson Cavaliers (Sioux Falls, SD) in a AA challenge, on Friday, February 9. Brookings will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a 8-9 record after their 58-47 league win over Watertown (Watertown, SD).
