Ohio High School Basketball - Lancaster tops Chillicothe
February 6, 2024: Lancaster, OH 43130 Lancaster Golden Gales (Lancaster, OH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Chillicothe Cavaliers (Chillicothe, OH), 60-47 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Lancaster improves its record to 8-9 on the campaign. The Golden Gales travel to Pickerington Central (Pickerington, OH) to confront the Tigers in a Ohio Capital - Buckeye battle on Friday, February 9. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 11-7. Pickerington Central won 59-56 in their recent non-league battle against Olentangy Orange (Lewis Center, OH)
The Cavaliers (6-13) will now prepare for their battle against Warren (Vincent, OH). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 15-3 record. In their last battle, Warren beat Belpre (Belpre, OH), 61-33, in a non-league battle.
