Ohio High School Basketball - Central Crossing tops Chillicothe
February 20, 2024: Grove City, OH 43123 Central Crossing Comets (Grove City, OH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Chillicothe Cavaliers (Chillicothe, OH), 50-30 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Central Crossing upgrades its record to 7-14 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Westerville North (Westerville, OH) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 27. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 18-4. Westerville North won 90-61 in their recent non-league bout against Africentric Early College (Columbus, OH)
Next up, the Cavaliers play the Newark Wildcats (Newark, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 27. Chillicothe will attempt to upgrade on its 7-15 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 18-4 record after their 51-48 non-league loss to Westerville Central (Westerville, OH).
