Maryland High School Basketball - Colonel Richardson tops Kent County
February 6, 2024: Worton, MD 21678 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Colonel Richardson Colonels (Federalsburg, MD) and the host Kent County Trojans (Worton, MD), saw Colonel Richardson's basketball squad knock off Kent County by a count of 80-70.
With the victory, Colonel Richardson upgrades its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Colonels travel to Crisfield (Crisfield, MD) to play the Crabbers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 10. The Crabbers come into the challenge with a record of 5-11. Crisfield lost 42-25 in their recent league challenge against Parkside (Salisbury, MD)
Next up, the Trojans play the Pocomoke Warriors (Pocomoke, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 10. Kent County will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 8-10 record after their 94-50 league loss to Bennett (Salisbury, MD).
