February 6, 2024: Little Falls, NJ 07424 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Fair Lawn Cutters (Fair Lawn, NJ) and the host Passaic Valley Hornets (Little Falls, NJ), saw Fair Lawn's basketball squad hold off Passaic Valley by a tally of 56-54.
With the victory, Fair Lawn improves its record to 13-7 on the campaign. The Cutters host West Milford (West Milford, NJ) to confront the Highlanders in a Big North - Independence challenge on Thursday, February 8. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a record of 11-11. West Milford lost 66-45 in their recent league challenge against Wayne Valley (Wayne, NJ)
Next up, the Hornets confront the Lakeland Regional Lancers (Wanaque, NJ) in a Big North - Independence challenge, on Thursday, February 8. Passaic Valley will attempt to improve on its 11-9 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 4-14 record after their 68-56 league loss to Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ).
