February 6, 2024: Saginaw, MI 48609 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Swan Valley Vikings (Saginaw, MI) and the visiting Garber Dukes (Essexville, MI), saw Swan Valley's basketball squad hold off Garber by a tally of 52-50.
With the victory, Swan Valley improves its record to 7-10 on the campaign. The Vikings host Glenn (Bay City, MI) to play the Bobcats in a Tri-Valley - Red challenge on Friday, February 9. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 12-4. Glenn won 76-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Ogemaw Heights (West Branch, MI)
Next up, the Dukes play the Alma Panthers (Alma, MI) in a Tri-Valley - Red challenge, on Friday, February 9. Garber will attempt to improve on its 9-9 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 67-41 league loss to Freeland (Freeland, MI).
