The Wyoming Area Warriors basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Hanover Area Hawkeyes to 58 in the Warriors league victory on Tuesday.

The Warriors now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wyoming Seminary College Prep for a Wyoming Valley 2 contest on Thursday, February 8. Wyoming Area will battle a Blue Knights team coming off a 53-46 league loss to Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA). The Blue Knights record now stands at 3-12.

The Hawkeyes (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Lake-Lehman (Lehman, PA). The Knights come into the Wyoming Valley 2 contest with a 0-15 record. In their last contest, Lake-Lehman was nudged by MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA), 64-31, in a league contest.
