Summit Tahoma Tigers (San Jose, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Latino College Preparatory Academy Golden Eagles (San Jose, CA), 65-55 in a league bout.

With the win, Summit Tahoma upgrades its record to 8-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Luis Valdez Leadership Academy (San Jose, CA) to clash with the Lions in a Private School - South bout on Friday, February 9. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 2-14. Luis Valdez Leadership Academy lost 67-18 in their recent league bout against Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit (San Jose, CA)

Next up, the Golden Eagles clash with the Cindy Avitia Jaguars (San Jose, CA) in a Private School - South bout, on Friday, February 9. Latino College Preparatory Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The Jaguars go into the bout with a 8-10 record after their 62-46 league loss to Summit Tahoma (San Jose, CA).
