Nebraska High School Basketball - College View Academy edges Cornerstone Christian School
February 6, 2024: Bellevue, NE 68123 The College View Academy Eagles (Lincoln, NE) basketball nipped the host Cornerstone Christian School Cougars (Bellevue, NE), 35-31 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Eagles (9-8) will now prepare for their test against Johnson County Central (Tecumseh, NE). The Thunderbirds go into the non-league test with a 9-11 record. In their last test, Johnson County Central was tipped by Elmwood-Murdock (Murdock, NE), 63-54, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they travel to Elmwood-Murdock for a C2 District 3 test on Saturday, February 10. Cornerstone Christian School will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 51-10 non-league win over Mead (Mead, NE). The Knights record now stands at 20-1.
